Hisar, June 21
The Board of School Education (BSEH) Haryana declared the results of Haryana open school examination today.
The pass percentage in Class X is 24.95%, while that of Class XII is 33.89%.
Chairperson of the board Jagbir Singh said 20,174 students had appeared for Class X exams, of which 5,029 have passed and 15,145 need to re-appear in the examinations.
Girls have performed better with a 27.99% success rate as compared to boys with 23.18 pass percentage.
In the Class XII exams, 8,096 of 23,886 students have passed the exams and 15,790 have to reappear in certain paper(s).
The boys, with a 27.61% success rate, lagged behind girls, who had a pass percentage of 45.66 in the senior secondary examinations.
The board has also declared the results of the old students, who had appeared under the Credit Transfer Policy (CTP)/re-appear, compartment, marks improvement, additional subject and Swayampati Purna Subject Examination.
