Back on May 11, 2000, Rajkumar had committed a fraud in Jandwala village. Disguised as a CIA Inspector and dressed in a police uniform, he fooled people and took money from them. A case was registered at Bhattu Kalan police station under Sections 419, 420, and 171 of the IPC.

Since then, Rajkumar kept changing locations to avoid arrest. On 24 September 2002, the court officially declared him a fugitive.

Thanks to technical support and a tip-off, the police finally tracked him down and caught him. He will be presented in court on Tuesday. The police are questioning him further to find out if he was involved in more such fraud cases in other areas.
