Property certificates distributed in Kaithal

Education Minister Seema Trikha on Thursday lauded the state government’s efforts to empower the marginalised sections of society, stating that the government had been working tirelessly for the past 10 years to ensure the overall development of Haryana.

Addressing a district-level programme for the distribution of urban lal dora property certificates and letter for the registry of shops under the Mukhya Mantri Shehri Svamitva Yojana, Trikha said the government had been implementing various welfare schemes for the benefit of all sections of society.

She distributed 23 registries under the Svamitva Yojana to tenants who had been running their business in the shops of the civic body for the past 20 years or more and property and handed over 58 urban lal dora property certificates.

She highlighted the initiative of the government to provide ownership rights to the people living in urban areas, saying it would put an end to decades-long problems faced by them. “It was our election manifesto for 2019. The BJP had promised to give ownership rights to traders who had been running their business in the shops for the past 20 years on collector rates. Our government has fulfilled the promise. With the ownership rights, the beneficiaries can now take loans against their land and also sell it,” she added.

Under the leadership of CM Nayab Singh Saini, the government has been working to provide ownership rights to people living in urban areas, she said.

The programme was organised simultaneously with a state-level programme in Manesar and Gurugram, which was chaired by CM Nayab Singh Saini. She also highlighted the achievements of the government.

70 get property certificates in Karnal

Gharaunda MLA Harvinder Kalyan, Indri MLA Ram Kumar Kashyap and Commissioner Karnal Municipal Corporation Abhishek Meena handed over urban lal dora property certificates to 70 persons of urban areas and congratulation letters for the registration under the Mukhya Mantri Shehri Svamitva Yojana to five persons. Among 70 persons, 40 are from the Karnal MC area, while the remaining 30 are from the Gharaunda MC, Nissing MC, Indri MC, Nilokheri MC, Taraori MC and Assandh MC.
