In all, 19 officers from Haryana and 23 from Punjab completed their one-year induction training programme at Chandigarh Judicial Academy.

Addressing the officers during the valedictory ceremony, Justice Ravi Shanker Jha, patron-in-chief of Chandigarh Judicial Academy-cum-Chief Justice of the Punjab and Haryana High Court, sensitised them regarding the challenges ahead. The officers were exhorted to lead a life of sacrifice, austerity and reclusion. — TNS
