Following the passing of Haryana's former CM Om Prakash Chautala, political leaders and dignitaries from across the country have been visiting Teja Khera village to offer their condolences.
On Tuesday, several prominent figures, including Jayant Chaudhary, Minister of State for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship and Education, Kurukshetra MP Naveen Jindal, yoga guru Baba Ramdev, former Cabinet minister JP Dalal, Minister of State for Industry, Commerce, and Forest & Environment Raghubir Singh, and former MLA Bhavya Bishnoi paid their respects.
At the Teja Khera farm house, INLD leaders Abhay Chautala, Ajay Chautala, former minister Ranjit Singh, and other family members were also present. Those who came to offer their tributes hailed Om Prakash Chautala as a "lohpurush" and a masterful politician.
To honour Chautala's legacy, a "kalash yatra", carrying his ashes, will be conducted from December 27 to 29 across the state.
