Rania MLA Arjun Chautala inaugurated an e-library in Phoolkan village, Sirsa, in the presence of Sarpanch Kailash Rathi, Gaushala president Ravindra Kulria and other villagers. During the event, Chautala announced that he would donate a printer and books for the library from his personal funds.

Chautala pointed out that rural students often face financial and mental stress due to lack of libraries, which forces them to travel to cities for study resources. He expressed hope that the e-library would eliminate this challenge by providing access to study materials, saving both time and money.

Chautala encouraged the youth to avoid harmful habits like drug abuse and focus on their career goals. He urged them to work hard to secure respectable positions, bringing pride to their families and the region.
