Chandigarh, March 6

Haryana Home Minister Anil Vij said here today that the murder case of Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) leader Nafe Singh Rathi had been transferred to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) by the state government.

The minister was answering questions raised by mediapersons regarding the case. He said the Haryana Police had taken prompt action and arrested two persons. He had promised a CBI probe into the case during the recent Budget session.
