Deputy Commissioner Uttam Singh directed officials of various departments in the district to resolve all pending complaints on the CM Window, Jan Samvad portal and Samadhan camps within 10 days. He also instructed departments to ensure that the property IDs of their offices had been created, and if not, to get these done immediately.

“Most of the complaints on the CM Window have already been resolved. The pending complaints on the CM Window, Jan Samvad portal and Samadhan camps should be resolved promptly and the action-taken reports (ATRs) uploaded to the respective portals within the stipulated time frame,” said Uttam Singh while reviewing a meeting of the officials at the Mini-Secretariat on Wednesday, which was organised in preparation for the proposed conference of the CM Nayab Singh Saini on January 17 with all Divisional Commissioners and Deputy Commissioners.

He instructed the Panchayat and Development Department to announce in villages that those who had not collected Happy Cards should collect them. For pending mutation cases, he directed departments to complete the necessary documentation and submit these to the Revenue Department.

Singh also directed the officials to inspect Amrit Sarovar sites, schools, gyms, and Anganwadi centres and submit a status report. He warned against requests for extending tender deadlines in future, instructed offices to ensure thorough cleanliness by January 25, and asked them for immediate implementation of the e-office system. He also asked for prompt submission of the list of employees to be honoured on Republic Day.

The meeting, which covered 30 agenda points, witnessed discussions on various administrative issues. Singh directed Revenue Officers to ensure that within the next one to two months, patwaris operate from village secretariats and ensure biometric attendance to prevent villagers from travelling to cities for their needs.
