Resolve public grievances in time-bound manner: ADC

Ambala Additional Deputy Commissioner Dr Brahmjeet Singh today directed the district officials to resolve complaints being received at Samadhan Shivir in a time-bound manner.

The ADC was listening to the grievances at the Samdhan Shivir held at DC office on Thursday. A total of seven complaints were received in the district level Samadhan Shivir, which were handed over to the officials of the departments concerned and the Additional Deputy Commissioner instructed them to resolve these as soon as possible.

A district official said as per the instructions of Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, Samadhan Shivir was being organised from 10 am to 12 noon on every working day with the aim of providing prompt resolution to the problems of the people at the district level and sub-division level.

During the shivir on Thursday, Gurmeet Singh from Jagadhari Gate, Ambala city reached raised the issue of mutation of a plot, Suresh Kumar from Naraingarh and Sunita Devi from Ambala city reached with the grievances related to family income in family ID, and Dharampal from Jandali regarding the issues related to family ID. Similarly, Balbir Singh, a resident of Haldwani village, reached the camp with the problem of waterlogging.

On the occasion, SDM Ambala city Darshan Kumar, DSP Suresh Kumar along with officers and employees of various departments were present.
