While issuing a second reminder notice to the Government of Haryana, Commission Chairman Vijay Sampla asked the authorities to submit an action taken report till July 30.

The information received by the NCSC from media reports on June 11, 2021, revealed that the girl was raped by the boys on May 24. A group of children playing together at a ground in Rewari disappeared after a while into an adjoining school building where seven boys raped a 10-year-old girl.
