Rewari police to appoint 55 Special Police Officers

To be appointed in the district on a temporary basis for one year

As many as 55 Special Police Officers (SPOs) will be appointed in the district on a temporary and honorarium basis for a period of one year to assist the Haryana Police officials in maintaining law and order.

The district police authorities have invited applications for the recruitment of such SPOs. The interested candidates can visit the local police lines on the Delhi Road till February 16 along with two recent passport-sized photographs, original documents and person interview form available. The minimum academic qualification is Class XII, said the district police spokesperson.

He said retired personnel from military and para military forces would be given priority in the selection.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
