Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi has written to all Administrative Secretaries, heads of departments, Managing Directors of boards and corporations, Divisional Commissioners and Deputy Commissioners, directing them to provide the commission with this “view only” login access.
Through this facility, the commission will be able to digitally monitor all services notified under the Haryana Right to Service Act, 2014, which are delivered via departmental portals, the Antyodaya Saral platform, departmental MIS systems, or other integrated digital interfaces.
With this access, the commission will be able to conduct real-time reviews of service delivery for supervision and monitoring purposes, ensuring greater transparency, efficiency and timely redressal during verification, hearings or inspections. This arrangement will also promote accountability by enabling the commission to verify departmental actions within the stipulated timelines.
The move will reduce dependence on written reports and make the assessment process more objective and data-driven.
