The Rohtak branch of the Indian Medical Association (IMA) has decided to continue the suspension of Ayushman services till August 26.
A decision to this effect was taken at an executive meeting of the Rohtak branch of the IMA held at IMA House here today.
The meeting was chaired by Dr Aarti Sahu, president, and Dr Arjun Narula, secretary of the IMA's Rohtak branch.
The main agenda of the meeting was to discuss the ongoing suspension of Ayushman services.
After detailed discussions, it was unanimously decided that IMA Rohtak branch will express full solidarity with the Ayushman initiative and will keep Ayushman related services suspended till August 26.
Senior patrons Dr SL Verma, Dr Arun Narula, Dr RK Chaudhary, along with president-elect Dr Amit Maan, immediate past president Dr Ravinder Hooda, coordinator (Ayushman) Dr Karan Siwaj, and representatives of other Ayushman-empanelled hospitals were present.
