An Army paramedic team, led by Naib Subedar Giri Vinayak, came from Delhi for the camp, organised by Hum Aur Aap Social Welfare Society, a Rohtak-based NGO, at MS Saraswati Senior Secondary School here.

“As many as 113 units of blood were collected during the camp,” said Vikas Mishra, a representative of the NGO.

School director Himank Mittal said the objective of the camp was to support the country’s armed forces and instil a sense of patriotism and social welfare among school students.

Principal Reetu said the school had been organising such camps for Army personnel for the last four years.
