Schoolboy dies as pole falls on him

Rohtak, February 5
In a freak mishap, a student of Class VIII at Manav Rachna Global School in Rohtak died after a pole of a football goalpost fell on him today.
School principal Dharamvir said Nikhil got injured when the pole fell on him while the children were playing at the school ground during the recess.
The student was rushed to a hospital but he could not be saved. Nikhil’s father is a BSF official and is posted out of the state.
SHO (Shivaji Colony) said the body had been sent for a post-mortem examination.
No FIR had been registered regarding the matter till the time of filing of this report.
