Second Trump Towers in Gurugram soon

In what comes across as a major boost to the city’s realty market, Gurugram will now have Trump Towers for the second time. Smartworld Developers and Tribeca Developers on Wednesday announced the launch of Trump Residences in Gurugram.

The second Trump-branded residential project in Sector 69 along SPR targets Rs 3,500 crore in sales with a Rs 1,200-crore investment. The first Trump Towers came up in Gurugram in 2018.

The latest project will include two 51-story towers with 298 residences. Eric Trump, executive vice-president of The Trump Organization, said: “We’re incredibly excited to launch our second project in Gurugram, and even prouder to be doing it once again with Tribeca, M3M and Smartworld.
