The police also issued an advisory for heavy vehicles. Drivers have been told not to enter the city between 7 am and 8 pm. Violators will face action. The heavy vehicle drivers must follow lane discipline on the highway and avoid entering no-entry zones in the city.

The authorities warned drivers not to stop vehicles unnecessarily on the highway, as it caused traffic jams and increased the risk of accidents. The drivers have been asked to use reflector tape on their vehicles and place warning triangles in case of breakdowns so that oncoming traffic can see them.

The police said the heavy vehicles often blocked city roads, causing jams and trouble for residents. Loading and unloading in no-entry areas should be done only at night. The drivers have been asked to follow traffic rules and support police efforts to improve traffic flow and reduce accidents.
