Professor Vijay Kumar, the newly appointed Vice-Chancellor (VC) of Chaudhary Devi Lal University (CDLU), Sirsa, met Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini. This was his first official meeting with the Chief Minister after taking charge.
