Dutt said, “Along with the government, parents should encourage the youths in sports. Youths should start sports activities from their homes.”

He said earlier there were a few good coaches and good stadiums, but after 2016, the sports policy was promoted by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and as a result, players have won a number of medals for the country.

“The government is promoting sports a lot through Khelo India. The country's flag is also flying high in the Olympics, Asian and Commonwealth Games,” said Dutt.

He said it was the responsibility of all of them to make the youths good citizens of the country and give them good values, so that they could become an inspiration for others.

“In Yamunanagar, too, better arrangements are being made by the government in the stadium to promote sports. It is hoped that in the coming times, youths from here will also participate in the Olympic games and bring glory to the country,” he said.
