State govt staffer felicitated for winning gold

Haryana Health and Family Welfare Minister Arti Singh Rao on Tuesday felicitated Karan, a state government employee, for securing a gold medal in netball while representing Haryana in the National Games 2025 held in Uttarakhand.

Karan, who is currently serving in the office of the Health Minister, was felicitated for his outstanding sporting achievement. In recognition of his contribution to the state’s sporting excellence, the minister presented him with a letter of appreciation and extended her best wishes for his continued success.

Rao lauded Karan’s dedication and sportsmanship, stating that his achievement had brought laurels not only to the Health Department but also to the entire state.
