The Special Task Force of Haryana Police has arrested a man accused in the Tikri border rape case, who was absconding, from Jhajjar district. The police spokesperson said the accused has been identified as Anoop, a resident of Chanat village in Hansi. A case was registered against Anoop in connection with a rape on the Tikri border during the farmers’ protest in 2021.
