He emphasised the importance of the workshop for students, stating that it would help them learn about modern sports techniques. The workshop delved into how to train athletes of different age groups effectively to enhance their performance. On the first day, Tim Dornemann shared valuable insights on improving athletic performance. He stressed the importance of proper warm-up routines and introduced the SAID (specific adaptation to imposed demands) principle, explaining that an athlete’s body adapted to the type of training they perform.
