Following a Cabinet minister’s directive, the Panipat police have booked 11 persons, including the owners of TDI company, for denying basic amenities such as roads, electricity infrastructure, temple, besides sanitation and maintenance of parks.

The police have registered a case against Kamal Taneja, Director, TDI Infracorp; Devkinandan Taneja; Om Prakash Dhingra, Yashpal and Sunita and Trilok Chand, directors of Dedicated Facility Management Private Limited, and employees Suresh Kumar, Mohan Barar, Anurag Sharma, Sanjeev Malhotra and Raj Manchanda under Sections 316 (2) and 318 (4) of the BNS. Members of Residents’ Welfare Society, TDI, Sector 38-39, in their complaint, had stated that they were living there since 2007.
