He added that previous governments have always cornered the development of these states, but under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, inclusive development of all the states are being ensured without any discrimination.

Handicrafts and Handlooms Development Corporation (NEHHDC)

under the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER) is willing to sign a MOU

on the exchange of

culture and craft alliance with Surajkund Mela Authority.

Gujjar said this cultural exchange initiative will provide thrust to the state tourism and also provide direct and indirect opportunities of employment to the youth of these states.

On visiting the NEHHDC Ltd., headquarter in Guwahati, he met the artisans and took details regarding their livelihood.

Gujjar further stated that Haryana is moving forward with the PM’s vision of ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’.

The state has its rich customs and traditions, as well as folklore, to uplift its cultural heritage not just in India, but around the world.

Managing Director, NEHHDC, Brig R K Singh (Retd.), said this association will set a unique example for other states.
