Training of police recruits postponed

Amid the rising cases of Covid in the country, the Haryana Police have postponed all training courses at Haryana Police Academy, Madhuban, and Recruit Training Centre, Bhondsi, with immediate effect till further orders.

A circular by DGP Manoj Yadava said, “The police have postponed all training courses till further orders. Trainees other than probationers/DSPs and recruit constables who have not been allotted districts will report back to respective units.”

DC suspends public dealing

Karnal DC Nishant Kumar Yadav suspended public dealing at all Saral centres, e-disha kendras and Antyodaya centres till March 31. Only services related to learners’ licence which are expiring before March 31, registration of BS-IV model vehicles and income certificate for education purpose will continue. — TNS
