The police have arrested Sunil Kumar from the Ismailpur centre and Rajkumar from the other centre.

A police official said a team, which raided the two centres near Ismailpur and Basantpur villages, found that 56 persons had been kept illegally as the operators could not produce any permission or authority letter to run the facility. He said while one of the centres located at Ismailpur village was found to have 39 inmates, the other centre located near Basantpur village had another 17 inmates kept for treatment.
