Two vehicle lifters held in Gurugram, 4 bikes recovered
The police arrested two vehicle lifters and recovered four stolen bikes, along with a master key, from their possession. The arrested men, identified as Vikram and Sudama, are natives of Dhanipura village in Bharatpur district in Rajasthan. They were apprehended at Leisure Valley Park.
Officials said the suspects have been remanded to police custody, where they confessed to stealing the bikes and also admitted to committing three other vehicle thefts here. During interrogation, police seized four stolen motorcycles and the master key used for the thefts.
The police said further investigation revealed Sudama had a previous criminal record, including a kidnapping case in Rajasthan. "We are continuing to question the accused," said a police spokesperson.
