Neeraj Chopra, the only Indian athlete to win the gold medal in Olympics, turned 24 years old on Friday.

Wishes and congratulatory messages poured in for Olympic gold medalist on his birthday.

Chopra, son of a farmer from a village in Panipat, Haryana, made the country proud by winning the gold medal in the men’s javelin throw event at the Tokyo Olympics.

He also thanked all his well wishers for their blessings.
