What our readers say: Increase police patrolling
Traders in Bhiwani have expressed their anger over inaction regarding Rs 8 lakh and other goods theft case at Shyam Di Hatti, a shop in the Ghantaghar Chowk area recently. So far, the police have failed to take action against the accused in this regard. We submitted a memorandum to the SP, the MLA and the SHO, demanding immediate arrest of the culprits. Traders have urged the police to recover stolen goods and ensure that thieves get strict punishment. Residents says police patrolling should be increased and more PCR vehicles should be deployed at key locations in the town.

Faulty Median design
Instead of fixing median just in middle of a road, officials of the Public Works Department left 8 feet of the structure on one side and more than 20 feet on the other side. The faulty median on the Rohtak road in Narwana has left the road narrow on one side. Traffic moves at a snail’s pace on this road because of the lack of space. Strict action should be taken against all those who designed and constructed the median on a busy throughway.
