Public toilets remain locked in Rohtak
The Municipal Corporation of Rohtak has constructed public toilets for the convenience of citizens, but unfortunately, these facilities remain locked even after years of being built. Despite being intended for public use, no action has been taken to make them accessible. It is imperative for the MC to address the issue immediately and ensure these toilets are opened and maintained for the benefit of the public. Gaurav Budhwar, Rohtak
Poor condition of newly constructed Kaithal-Patiala highway
The Kaithal-Patiala state highway, which was constructed just a few months ago, has already suffered severe damage, causing distress to daily commuters. Large potholes and cracks have developed, making travel unsafe and inconvenient. Residents had also organised an agitation against the administration on the issue. Residents and travellers complain about the poor quality of construction and urge the authorities to take immediate action. Despite repeated complaints, no repairs have been made so far. Locals demand accountability from the departments concerned and a long-term solution to ensure better road conditions. Narinder Singh, Kaithal
Is a civic issue bothering you? Are you agitated over the lack of concern? Is there something heartening that you feel needs to be highlighted? Or a picture which in your opinion ought to be seen by many, and not just you?
