PATIENTS and their attendants have to wait in long queues at the PGIMS, Rohtak. The wait is not just limited to obtaining treatment cards but people standing in queues can be spotted outside blood testing centre and at the OPD. ashort spell of rain led to the accumulation of water at Gate No 2 of Sector 51 in Gurugram where people voted in the civic poll on March 2. It is disheartening to note that every motorist is feeling deceived as water collects here whenever it rains.
