SEWAGE has accumulated on the road that passes through Shyam Colony in Narnaul. This has become a major cause of concern for residents of nearby localities due to the unsanitary condition it has created, especially for pedestrians and commuters on two-wheelers. Additionally, potholes have developed on the road due to the stagnant water. Adding insult to injury, toilets in many houses in the locality are also overflowing because of the choking of the sewage. The authorities concerned have been informed about the problem, but to no avail. Ram Chander, Narnaul

Rohtak district courts lack parking space
THOSE who visit the District Courts in Rohtak city are forced to park their vehicles on the roadside as there is no parking lot on the premises. The haphazardly parked vehicles lead not only to congestion but also traffic jams. The municipal authorities should construct a parking lot near the courts to decongest the road. Sandeep Singh, Rohtak
