lights lying defunct

LIGHTS installed in the underpass are lying defunct due to which commuters are facing a lot of difficulties at night. Even during the daytime, people have to use headlights to cross the underpass. Under the cover of darkness, some people dump construction waste here, which forms a cloud of dust when vehicles move. The administration should fix the lights on priority and lift the garbage at the earliest.
