Flyover/underpass needed at Narwana railway crossing

THe railway crossing on the busy Hisar-Chandigarh road here remains closed most of the time as a lot of goods and passenger trains pass through this route. Since Narwana is a junction station on the Delhi-Ferozepur section, a train passes through the crossing virtually every 30 minutes. Queues of vehicles are formed on both sides, causing pollution and wastage of fuel. The government should plan a flyover or an underpass at this location on priority. —Ramesh Gupta, Narwana
