Two main roads passing through Narwana and Jind, which were dug up some time ago, are lying unfinished. Contractors and officials concerned have left the people in the lurch. If it rains again, the passage will get muddy and slippery. The authorities concerned should spring into action.

Noise pollution by vendors
Vendors using loudspeakers have become a big source of nuisance these days. Sometimes two or three street vendors come together and play recorded messages on loudspeakers, causing inconvenience to students, ailing and elderly persons. The local municipal authorities and district administration should take action.
