Noise pollution by vendors

Vendors using loudspeakers have become a big source of nuisance these days. Sometimes two or three street vendors come together and play recorded messages on loudspeakers, causing inconvenience to students, ailing and elderly persons. The local municipal authorities and district administration should take action.
