With 100% pass rate, Fatehabad school tops among 61 Navodayas

Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Fatehabad, has emerged as the best-performing school among all Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas across Haryana, Rajasthan and Delhi, based on the latest CBSE examination results.

The school achieved a 100 per cent pass rate in exams of classes X and XII, securing the top rank among the 61 schools of the Jaipur region of the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti.

Principal Anup Singh said the school was ranked high due to the students securing remarkable achievements across all streams and subjects.

In the Class XII exams, all 72 students passed with distinction, with five scoring above 95 per cent, and 26 scoring above 90 per cent. The overall average of 85.66 per cent was the highest in the region, he added.

Seventy-nine students appeared for the Class X exams, and 77 of them secured the first division.

Two students scored above 95 per cent, while 15 crossed the 90 per cent threshold, with the average coming out to be 81.66 per cent.

In the Class X exams, Rehan Kumar topped the school with 98.80 per cent marks, placing second at the district level.

In the Class XII exams, Takshil Yadav stood out with 97.20 per cent marks, topping both the school and district.

Among the various streams of Class XII, the top-scorers were Kumari Shweta in the medical stream (94.40 per cent), Kumari Rachna in the commerce stream (96.20 per cent), and Kumari Suhani in humanities (96 per cent).

Subject-wise, the school also led the region in business administration, business studies and yoga, while ranking second in accountancy, economics and biology.

In the Class X exams, the school’s average score in information technology and physical activities trainer subjects were the highest in the region.

The Principal called the result the best in the school’s history, and attributed the success to the combined efforts of the students, staff and the parents.

Vice-Principal Kusum Gupta attributed the historic achievement to the school’s disciplined environment, strong leadership and commitment to excellence.

The performance not only highlighted Fatehabad’s academic prowess but also set a benchmark for all Navodaya schools across the three states, she added.
