Dharmapal Garg, Director of the Jan Shikshan Sansthan, welcomed the guests and highlighted the institute's role in promoting skill-based education. He shared how their trainers helped rural communities and people of remote areas by providing knowledge on small-scale industries.

Arvind Bansal emphasised the parent organisation's commitment to the institute’s growth, saying, "Skill-based training empowers uneducated and financially underprivileged people, making them employable." Pankaj Sharda added that their training enabled the underprivileged to create self-employment opportunities and meet their basic needs.

The programme's keynote address was delivered by psychologist Dr Ravindra Puri. He spoke on stress management, explaining how overthinking small issues could harm mental health and lead to other psychological disorders. Dr Puri advised regular exercise as a stress relief method and shared useful techniques for managing stress.
