He interacted with residents, exhorting them to take care of parks and form park associations.

He suggested that residents get public places beautified on their birthdays, wedding anniversaries and the death anniversaries of their loved ones. He said resident welfare associations, religious and social organisations and educational institutions should work towards making parks cleaner by reusing waste items. He suggested that such organisations make swings and seating arrangements out of old tyres, dustbins out of old iron tins and plant saplings in plastic bottles and boxes.

Brand ambassador Shashi Gupta exhorted people to make compost out of kitchen waste. Sanitary Inspectors Bittu and Sumit and store in-charge Ranbir were among those present during the inspection.
