Police officials arrived at the spot and assured the villagers of a thorough investigation, promising to arrest the accused within 72 hours. A team from the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) was called in to assist, and the body was sent for post-mortem at Jhajjar’s Civil Hospital.

Virendra, Mohit’s uncle, said his nephew was last seen talking to someone near his house on Sunday evening. At the time, a suspicious car was reportedly spotted in the area and Mohit went missing shortly after. His body was discovered the next morning. The family is now demanding the immediate arrest of the culprits and has even called for an encounter once the accused are apprehended.

Mohit’s family has warned of blocking roads if the killers are not arrested within the 72-hour deadline set by the police.
