Youth stabbed to death in Hisar
Hisar, January 18
A 20-year-old student attending coaching classes here was stabbed to death after a scuffle between two groups at a market this afternoon.
The deceased identified as Vineet Kumar of Kirmara village. He was taken to the civil hospital with multiple stab injuries, where he reportedly died due to excessive bleeding and injuries. The police started probe after registering a case of murder. The police said Raman Kajla, a youth, and his accomplices were booked.
Sources said Vineet, Raman and other youths were celebrating a birthday in the market when the scuffle broke out. In the fight that ensued, Vineet was stabbed, leading to his death. Vineet was a student at a computer centre in the town. The police said there was some old enmity between them, which led to the scuffle. — TNS
