115 beneficiaries get sanction letters under housing scheme

Una, July 19
Former BJP state president Satpal Singh Satti today distributed sanction letters to 115 beneficiaries of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna belonging to Santoshgarh nagar panchayat in Una Assembly segment.
Under the scheme, a sum of Rs 1.5 lakh is given to a family falling under underprivileged categories as grant for construction of a house with toilet. Satti told people regarding various welfare schemes of the state and the Centre.
He said Rs 1.9 crore had been sanctioned under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana during the current financial year to benefit 115 families of the Santoshgarh nagar panchayat area.
