Twelve persons tested positive for Covid-19 in Kangra, taking the total number of cases in the district to 371, including 64 active cases.
Those who were found infected are a 33-year-old man from Chadhiyar village with travel history of Malaysia, a 47-year-old woman from Chandpur village, near Palampur, with travel history of Delhi, a 25-year-old man from Ropa Sukhrala village, near Baijnath, with travel history of Saudi Arabia, a 49-year-old man from Bhankhed village in Uttarala with travel history of Delhi, a 25-year-old woman from Gurkhari with travel history of Noida, a 46-year-old employee of Neugal Cafe, Palampur, a 53-year-old man from Tikri village near Jaisinghpur, who had come back from Delhi, a 38-year-old paramilitary jawan with travel history of Chandigarh, a 46-year-old Army man with travel history of Bidar in Karnataka, a 37-year-old Army man with travel history of Srinagar, a 28-year-old Army man with travel history of Leh and a 52-year-old man from Amb Pathiar village in Jawalamukhi.
Meanwhile, two Covid positive patients recovered and were discharged from the Covid Containment Centre.
