Shimla, January 31

The government today ordered transfer and postings of 14 IPS officers and 25 state police service officers. The SPs of six districts — Una, Hamirpur, Kullu, Mandi, Bilaspur and Kinnaur — have been shifted.

Padam Chand, SP (Crime) in the CID, has been posted as the Hamirpur SP replacing Akriti Sharma.

Una SP Arjit Sen Thakur has been posted as the SP State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) at Junga. Rakesh Singh, Commandant 5th IRB at Bassi in Bilaspur, will replace Thakur as the Una SP.

Kullu SP Sakshi Verma has been shifted to Mandi while Bilaspur SP Karthikeyan Gokulachandran has been sent to Kullu. Vivek, a 2018 IPS officer posted as Kinnaur SP, has been shifted to Bilaspur SP. Shrishti Pandey, SP (Law and Order) at Police Headquarter here, has been posted as the Kinnaur SP.

The police have also ordered transfer and postings of 25 Himachal Pradesh Police Service officers, which include Additional SP and DSP-level officers.
