15 project proposals worth Rs450 cr cleared in Himachal

As many as 15 project proposals for setting up new industrial enterprises and expansion of existing units with proposed investment of Rs. 450.97 crores (approx) were approved in the 13th meeting of the State Single Window Clearance and Monitoring Authority (SSWC&MA) held here today under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur.

New proposals approved include M/s Shoora Tractors India Limited in Una district for manufacture of CI casting of tractor parts, SG iron casting of tractor parts, M/s National Enterprises in Solan district for manufacture of autoclave, clean room, electrical panel, medical equipment, fabrication/job work etc. M/s Auraya Healthcare in Baddi, Solan district for manufacture of water for injection, liquid viral and liquid ampoule.

The other approved projects included M/s Biotrendz Medicament Pvt. Ltd. In Baddi, Solan for manufacture of dry injection, tablet, capsule, dry syrup, soft gel capsules, M/s RRD Oils and Fats Private Limited in district Una for manufacturing of refined edible oil and M/s Prosperity Drugs Private Limited in Baddi, Solan for setting up of industrial unit for manufacturing of bulk drugs, formulations, gluco strips, plastic moulding.

Expansion proposals approved by the authority include M/s Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited in Paonta Sahib, Sirmaur district for manufacture of esomeptazole, M/s Super Hoze Industries Private Limited in Baddi, Solan district for manufacture of hyd hoses and hose assemblies, M/s Kundlas Loh Udyog in Baddi, Solan district for manufacture of angle channels TMT bars, M/s Amer Sil Ketex Private Limited in Una district for manufacturing of technical textiles for industrial use, M/s Vimal Industries Regd, Kala Amb, Sirmaur district for manufacture of non woven spun bond fabric, face mask, disposable shoe cover, PPE kits, etc.

M/s Ideal Pet Industries in Kala Amb, Sirmaur district for manufacturing of pet bottles, corrugated boxes, M/s Morepen Laboratories Limited in Baddi, Solan district, for manufacture of bulk drugs, formulations, gluco strips, plastic moulding, M/s R K Laboratories Private Ltd in Baddi, Solan district for manufacturing LVP bottles, SVP ampoles and M/s DS Engineers Dasomajra village in Baddi, Solan district for manufacture of tractor and auto parts were also given approval for expansion.
