Himachal: 16 IAS officers transferred

The state government today ordered the transfer and posting of 16 IAS officers. Raj Krishan Pruthi (2009 batch), Registrar, Cooperative Societies, was posted as Divisional Commissioner, Mandi, in place of A Shainamol (2007 batch), who was posted as Secretary, Administrative Reforms, Training and Foreign Assignments and Redressal of Public Grievances.

C Paulrasu, a 2004 batch officer, was posted as Secretary, Cooperation, Horticulture and Agriculture, which he was holding as additional charge. Sudesh Mokta (2010 batch), Managing Director, Horticultural Produce Marketing and Processing Corporation Ltd (HPMC), was transferred as Special Secretary, Industries.

Dorjee Chhering Negi (2011 batch), Director, Transport, was posted as Registrar, Cooperative Societies, while Kamal Kant Saroch (2013 batch), Director, Town and Country Planning, was transferred as Chief Executive Officer, HIMURJA, in place of Shubh Karan Singh (2015 batch), who was posted as Special Secretary, Power. Arindham Chaudhary (2014 batch) would continue as MD, HPMC and Agro Industries, and Director General, Industries Corporation.

Neeraj Kumar (2013 batch), Special Secretary, Health, was posted as Director, Transport, in place of Nipun JIndal (2014 batch), Director, Digital Technologies and Governance, who was transferred as MD, Himachal Roadways Transport Corporation, which he was holding as additional charge.

Gandharva Rathore (2016 batch), awaiting posting, was appointed Secretary (Personnel) while Shivam Pratap Singh (2017 batch), CEO, HP State Rural Livelihood Mission, was posted as Director, Youth Services And Sports. Other officers to be transferred are Abhishek Verma, Diyanshu Singal, Jitender Sanjta and Hemis Negi.
