2 Russians, 2 others held with drugs in Manali

Kullu, July 19

The district police nabbed three persons, including two foreigners, and in a case of charas in Manali subdivision of the district today.

Kullu SSP Gurdev Sharma said that the police arrested Anup Sharma, a resident of Naggar village, with 116 grams of charas. He added that two Russians, Savelov Andreevich Sazonov, aka Sam, and Artem Fadeev, aka Tom, both of Saint Petersburg, were also arrested as they had demanded the contraband. He added that the three accused were presented in a court that sent them to police custody.
