Solan: Sirmaur Deputy Commissioner RK Pruthi today enforced Section 144 of the CrPC in the district preventing the gathering of four or more people. The orders would remain in force till April 15. tns
2 brothers held on rape charge
Solan: The Nahan police arrested two brothers for raping a seven-year-old girl at Nahan yesterday. Sirmaur SP Ajay Krishan Sharma said Priyanshu and Himanshu came there and took the girl to a room while she was playing at her landlord’s house. He added that Himanshu raped her while Priyanshu kissed her on the lips. Investigation has revealed that Priyanshu had been physically assaulting the girl for the past one year or so. TNS
