Chamba, February 5

A car carrying seven persons overturned and rolled down a gorge near Kundi village at Chowari in Chamba last evening, a police report said here today.

The report revealed that three seriously injured had been taken to the Chowari Civil Hospital with the help of the locals.

Doctors referred the injured to Dr Rajendra Prasad Government Medical College (DRPGMC) Tanda in Kanga.

The other occupants of the car had minor injuries.

A case of rash and negligent driving had been registered against the driver Gagan Singh under Sections 279,337,187 of the IPC at Chowari police station, the report added.
