32 devotees from Punjab’s Nurmahal injured in bus mishap in Himachal’s Bilaspur
A private bus carrying devotees from Nurmahal in Punjab to Darlaghat in Himachal Pradesh met with an accident near Namhol in the wee hours of Friday, leaving 32 passengers injured.
The injured have been admitted to AIIMS in Bilaspur, while the bus driver is receiving treatment at the Civil Hospital in Markand.
Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu visited AIIMS today to enquire about the condition of the injured. He met with the victims, wished them a speedy recovery and assured them of all possible assistance from the state government.
The Chief Minister directed hospital administration to ensure prompt and best possible medical care to the injured without any delay.
The Chief Minister was accompanied by Technical Education Minister Rajesh Dharmani, Deputy Commissioner Rahul Kumar, Superintendent of Police Sandeep Dhawal and other dignitaries.
