The Heritage Celebration Ride was flagged off by Deputy Speaker of Himachal Pradesh Assembly, Vinay Kumar, here today. The event saw participation of 36 bicycle riders, all riding to spread the message for a better tomorrow.

The ride was not just a celebration of Shimla’s rich cultural heritage but also a call for action for a brighter and more sustainable future. The riders embarked on a journey through the scenic routes of Shimla, symbolising unity, resilience, and hope for future generations.

Speaking on the occasion, Vinay Kumar emphasised the importance of preserving our heritage while working collectively to address the challenges. He lauded the efforts of the participants and organisers for fostering a spirit of togetherness and awareness through this unique event.

In addition to the ride, various contests were held as part of the celebration to engage the participants and the community in meaningful ways. The winners of these contests will be felicitated by the Shimla MC Mayor.
